Alfonso Gilbert currently serves on staff at Men of Valor Prison Organization, speaking in prisons across the state of Tennessee. With four degrees in theology and a doctorate in leadership, he is also an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University. He speaks broadly in organizations, universities, conferences, and churches with a psychological perspective on childhood trauma and organizational leadership.
