Kelly Eikum is a partner with the ERA Group.  She has over 25 years of management and technology consulting experience helping companies grow revenues, improve efficiencies, and manage risk.  Her passion is helping small and mid-market companies thrive. She also loves helping in her community and is on the board of the Nashville Industry Fund, a non-profit which provides downpayment assistance for musicians, artists, and hospitality workers in the greater Nashville area.  Kelly lives in Franklin with her husband Aric, their children Emma (20), Logan (19), Cassie (18) and their dog Winston
